- Job Title: National Business Development Manager
- Department: Spine Surgery
- Location: Field Based, UK Wide
- Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly

- Analysing current market dynamics and competition
- Monitoring product performance and market share
- Developing and executing strategic plans for portfolio growth
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
- Managing tender processes
- Creating and implementing pricing strategies
- Leading conversations with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Developing clinical training programmes for both internal and external teams
- Providing expert clinical support to the sales team
- Accompanying sales teams on key customer visits
- Attending relevant events and exhibitions
- A successful track record of selling into the NHS
- An extensive working knowledge of spinal products
- A self-started with the ability to work autonomously
- Confidence building strong relationships with both key stakeholders
- A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the UK
- An electric or hybrid company car
