The role will involve

• Managing the Recruitment Process
• Building a portfolio of clients
• Business Development - both face to face and on the phone (a driving licence and car is essential)
• Creating job adverts
• Creating marketing materials
• Pre-employment screening
• Creating temporary AND permanent placement opportunities
• + Full training will be given to the right people
