Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across enterprise environments.
  • Manage project governance, RAID reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Drive project planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery assurance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and operations.
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with banking regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.
  • Manage third-party vendors and offshore/onshore delivery teams where required.
  • Support change management, operational readiness, and transition activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong infrastructure delivery background covering enterprise platforms, cloud, networks, servers, data centres, or hybrid environments.
  • PMP certified (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and financial tracking.
  • Experience managing complex, large-scale technology deliveries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing executive reporting.

Desirable

  • Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, or migration programmes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and enterprise change processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Infrastructure PM who can operate confidently across both technical and business stakeholders while driving successful outcomes in a banking environment.
