Commercial Administrator – Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Holiday: 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join a growing engineering company based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive team within a well-established engineering environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial and operational activities, ensuring projects, documentation, and customer requirements are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the commercial and project teams
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and customer documentation
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and project files
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Supporting contract administration and project coordination
- Assisting with quotations, reports, and commercial documentation
- Managing correspondence and handling general office administration duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or construction sectors is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
