OPERATIONS MANAGER

Inditex | Ireland

About us

Inditex is one of the world’s leading fashion retail groups, home to Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.

We’re proud of our diverse and inclusive teams, driven by curiosity, creativity, teamwork and ambition. Every day, we work together to bring fashion to life and inspire our customers.

About the role

Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store — ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team.

You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes
  • Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets
  • Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs
  • Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy
  • Developing and coaching the operations team
  • Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability
  • Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency

This role requires flexibility, resilience and strong organisation in a fast-moving retail environment.

Who succeeds with us

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Adaptable and confident working under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to lead with respect
  • Reliable, accountable and commercially aware
  • Analytical and comfortable working with numbers
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow within the company

Experience in managing retail operations is essential.

What we offer

Competitive salary, 25% staff discount across all Inditex brands, 28 days holiday, company pension scheme, and our “More for Less” benefits. You’ll have access to training, e-learning, career progression opportunities and chances to get involved in social and sustainability projects.

Inclusion & accessibility

We’re committed to an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need any adjustments during the process, we’re happy to help.
