  • Create and present tailored financial plans and recommendations aligned to client needs.
  • Review and adjust client portfolios regularly to ensure they remain appropriate and on track.
  • Use cashflow modelling to build comprehensive financial plans and update them in line with review cycles or changes in circumstances.
  • Ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements and adheres to industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough records of meetings, recommendations, and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Build long-term client relationships, providing ongoing guidance and support.
  • Carry out client reviews both remotely and face-to-face with confidence and professionalism.

The Person: You will be Diploma qualified (ideally progressing toward Chartered status) and hold CAS. Extensive experience advising private-wealth clients is essential. This role suits someone who thrives in a client-centric environment, enjoys servicing an established book, and is also motivated by developing new business and growing AUM. The firm is looking for someone who wants:

  • A strong client bank to inherit, with genuine opportunities to increase earnings through additional business.
  • A focused senior adviser position within an ambitious, growing firm where you can play a meaningful role in its continued development
