Reed Engineering & Manufacturing are working with leading Engineering & Manufacturing company

This job is a Raw Materials / Stores role in a safety-critical alloy manufacturing environment, where the main responsibility is:

Accurately managing, storing, and preparing raw materials for production

The role is highly focused on:

  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Quality assurance
  • Stock and material control within a production setting

  • Followed strict QA procedures, ensuring full traceability and compliance with standards
  • Received and checked incoming goods against delivery documentation
  • Weighed and prepared materials with high attention to detail and precision
  • Maintained high standards of housekeeping in line with health & safety requirements
  • Worked independently for extended periods while meeting productivity and quality targets
  • Supported inventory control and material usage tracking

If You Have Warehouse / Metals Experience or Stores ideally within a metals background would be advantageous

  • Operated material handling equipment (FLT / cranes where applicable)
  • Coordinated incoming and outgoing deliveries efficiently
  • Contributed to continuous improvement and audit activities

DAYS ONLY - ALSO INCLUDES A BONUS OF UP TO 15% WHICH EQUATES TO A BONUS OF UP TO £4,707 ON TOP OF THE BASIC SALARY
