We are looking to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant for long-term opportunities starting in September, with both full-time and part-time positions available. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping to deliver tailored interventions, encourage positive behaviour, and promote both academic and personal development.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs within a UK school or educational setting

• A passion for helping children reach their full potential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A patient, caring and resilient approach

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
