DXP Enterprises Group is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the business, helping to keep information organised, communications up to date and everyday processes running efficiently. This role would suit someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their own workload and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
You will be trusted to handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative activities remotely
- Maintain and update internal records, databases and documentation
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine enquiries
- Prepare letters, documents, spreadsheets and internal reports
- Organise digital files and ensure information is easy to retrieve
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining team calendars
- Update customer and business information accurately
- Support managers and colleagues with administrative requests
- Track outstanding actions and provide follow-up where necessary
- Assist with routine data entry and document processing
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments when required
- Help improve administrative processes and maintain efficient workflows
You will be well suited to this position if you are:
- Organised and comfortable managing your own workload
- Confident communicating through email, telephone and online platforms
- Accurate when entering and reviewing information
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet agreed deadlines
- Professional when dealing with confidential information
- Reliable and self-motivated in a home-working environment
- Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a wider team
Previous experience in office administration, coordination, customer support or a similar position is desirable. Strong transferable skills will also be considered.
