Reach Truck Driver – Days

Location: S9, Sheffield
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Reach Truck Driver who wants regular working hours, no weekends, no Bank Holidays and a Christmas shutdown.

The Role – Reach Truck Driver

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving stock around the warehouse and cold store environment.

Duties will include:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Moving and positioning pallets around the warehouse.
• Putting stock away into designated locations.
• Picking and replenishing stock when required.
• Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the Reach Truck.
• Working safely within a cold store environment.
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.

About You

To be considered for this Reach Truck Driver position, you must have:

• A current and in-date Reach Truck licence.
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• The ability to work in a cold store environment.
• A good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Temp to Perm Opportunity

This Reach Truck Driver position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with a genuine temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
