The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join a well-established business operating within a manufacturing and wholesale environment in Sheffield (S8).

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys working with data and ensuring information is accurate and up to date. You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by maintaining records, processing information, and assisting the wider team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain data across company systems
• Process customer, supplier, and stock information
• Update and manage records in a timely manner
• Check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support order processing and administration activities
• Produce reports and assist with document management
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team

About You

• Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Experience within a manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environment would be advantageous

Desirable Skills

• Experience using NetSuite would be beneficial, however this is not essential as training can be provided.
