Our client, a well-established engineering services company based in Sheffield are looking for an experienced Dirty Water Pump Engineer to join their growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing dirty water and waste water pump systems. Some travel may be required for servicing purposes but the role is mainly site based.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 0730-1600 & Friday 0800-1530 with regular overtime available.
Salary:
£43,000 basic + OTE
(Overtime is paid at time and a half for the first 4 hours and then double for anything after this.)
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, and repair of dirty water / waste water pumps
- Fault finding and diagnostics on pump systems
- Attending breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance
- Completing job reports and maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Experience working with dirty water, sewage, or waste water pumps
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently in the field
