We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Senior Inventory Manager who will take ownership of inventory strategy, stock optimisation, availability, and operational performance across a large-scale distribution network.

This is a high-profile leadership role, offering the opportunity to drive inventory accuracy, improve service levels, reduce working capital, and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

• Lead and develop the inventory management function across multiple sites.
• Drive stock accuracy, availability, and inventory optimisation initiatives.
• Develop forecasting and replenishment strategies to support business growth.
• Manage inventory KPIs, reporting, and performance improvement plans.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and stockholding efficiency.
• Lead inventory-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in a senior inventory, stock control, or supply chain leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Experience managing large SKU counts and complex inventory environments.
• Track record of improving inventory performance, availability, and stock accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
