Role Title: Change Manager

Location: Sheffield - 3 days onsite / 2 from home

Duration: 30/04/2027

Rate: £350-375 per day - Umbrella only

The Change Manager supports the delivery of business and technology change initiatives by coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed plans and objectives. The role acts as a key contributor within project and programme teams.

Principal Accountabilities

• Support planning, mobilisation, and delivery of change initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities, workstreams, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, governance packs, and delivery artefacts.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
• Assist with impact assessments, business readiness planning, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project performance against milestones and agreed deliverables.
• Support change adoption and benefits tracking activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
• Ensure compliance with client governance and control requirements.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience supporting change delivery within a project or programme environment.
• Understanding of project management and change management principles.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Exposure to financial services and regulatory environments desirable.
