1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Sheffield

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs within a welcoming school in Sheffield. This rewarding role involves providing individual support, helping the pupil engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
• A background in education, care, youth work, support work, or a similar setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
