An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate, results-focused marketing professional to bring innovative marketing expertise to this fast growing, ambitious business. Our client is a UK division of a major international Group, comprising three UK brands, serving customers in a diverse range of manufacturing, engineering and industrial services sectors. With significant growth opportunities ahead, an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Manager is sought to play a lead role in strengthening marketing automation capability, website management and optimization and the creation of compelling content, alongside contributing to the Group’s wider marketing activities.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and a key member of the team, main responsibilities are:-

• Lead marketing automation across the customer journey, using HubSpot to develop and manage automated campaigns, workflows and lead-nurturing programmes
• Own the development and management of group websites, delivering optimised content, structure and functionality, ensuring websites support e-commerce journeys 
• Manage end-to-end campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer acquisition, collaborating with the sales team to maximise commercial performance
• Develop and deliver engaging content across web, email and social channels, to support campaigns and generate leads, customer engagement and awareness
• Engage with users across group companies, driving HubSpot automation and data-led process improvements to enhance overall business performance

About You

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, proactive marketing professional, perhaps with a recognised marketing qualification, and a record of delivering measurable business growth, ideally in a B2B industrial services, engineering, manufacturing or similar environment. You may currently be a Marketing Manager, or an aspiring Marketing Executive, looking for your next exciting career challenge. Either way, you will bring first-class marketing experience across both online and traditional channels, utilising your HubSpot experience to enhance revenue generation through improved marketing automation, website optimisation and high-quality content creation. Hands-on in style, commercially focused and data driven, with excellent communication skills, you will bring an understanding of how marketing drives business performance and an ability to translate insight into action and improved results delivery.
