Location: South Yorkshire
Rate: £500 to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 9-Month Contract with Extension Potential to 18 Months

A South Yorkshire based organisation is investing in a major ERP transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Change Manager to help make it a success.

You'll lead the change agenda, building engagement, shaping communications, and ensuring employees are ready and excited for what's ahead. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering meaningful change, this is your chance to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the change management strategy for the ERP programme.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
• Design and deliver communication plans across multiple business functions.
• Lead business readiness activities.
• Work closely with the Process Architect and programme team to align change and process design.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks.
• Establish and manage a network of change champions.
• Support training strategy development in partnership with functional leads.
• Measure adoption and readiness metrics pre- and post-go-live.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience leading change within ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
• Experience working in SME environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience managing resistance and embedding behavioural change.
  
  

Desirable:

• Formal Change Management certification.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or operational SMEs.
• Exposure to high-growth or scaling organisations.
