This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and digitally savvy social media professional to take ownership of engaging, platform-first content across a recognisable brand, working across campaigns, live activity and day-to-day content.

You’ll play a key role in growing audience engagement, strengthening brand presence and supporting wider commercial and marketing objectives across a broad range of social channels.

Reporting into the Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging social content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Threads.

The role will involve a mixture of planned and reactive content, with responsibility for live coverage of key events and activity. You’ll need to be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, reacting quickly to developments and producing accurate, engaging content under pressure.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Executive will include:

• Planning, creating and publishing high-quality, mobile-first social media content across multiple platforms.
• Taking a lead role in live social media coverage, including events and behind-the-scenes activity.
• Creating platform-specific content, adapting tone, format and creative execution to maximise engagement.
• Supporting campaigns, activations and commercial partnerships through effective social media content.
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging campaigns and content.
• Monitoring social media performance, audience behaviour and emerging trends, using insights to continually improve content.
• Identifying new content opportunities, stories and trends that can increase engagement and audience growth.
• Keeping up to date with changes across social platforms, emerging formats and best practice.
• Supporting wider commercial, marketing and promotional activity across social channels.
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support content creation.
• Editing and producing social assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva.
• Ensuring all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and relevant policies.

We're looking for a creative and organised social media professional who understands what makes content perform and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

You'll ideally have:

• Demonstrable experience creating high-performing, platform-native social media content.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and the ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing software.
• A good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• The ability to plan effectively while remaining highly reactive when required.
• Confidence working in live, fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand and tone of voice.
• A creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop engaging content ideas.
