A great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to take on a sizeable existing book and make it their own.

The role comes with a £300k-£400k book of business, giving you a strong platform from day one. The focus is on looking after the existing clients, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the book organically.
There is a new business target of around £24k, but this isn't a role built around aggressive new business targets. The expectation is that the income can be grown through good client management, understanding the existing book and making the most of the opportunities already there.

The role will suit someone who is confident managing a substantial commercial insurance book and enjoys developing existing relationships as well as identifying new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a £300k-£400k commercial insurance book
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities for organic growth
• Generate around £24k in new income
• Provide a high level of service across the existing client base
• Take ownership of your clients and the development of the book

The ideal candidate will already be working as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing broking role, with experience managing a sizeable commercial book.
