I’m looking for an experienced Reward professional to join a business on a part-time interim basis, with a key focus on:
• Salary benchmarking, ideally using WTW / Towers Watson
• Supporting and delivering the annual pay review
• Providing market insight and reward analysis
• Job evaluation and salary banding
This could suit an experienced Reward Partner / Reward Manager, or an HR professional with strong hands-on reward and benchmarking experience.
