Technical Data Analyst – Up to £50,000

10-Month FTC | Hybrid – Weekly in Sheffield


I’m recruiting for a Technical Data Analyst to join an organisation going through a major data and technology transformation.


This is a hands-on role focused on analysing complex datasets, improving data quality and supporting data migration activities across multiple systems.


The Role

  • Analyse and investigate complex datasets
  • Use SQL and Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Data profiling, cleansing, mapping and validation
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Support data migration and transformation activities
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders


Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL
  • Advanced Excel / Power Query
  • Data analysis and problem-solving
  • Data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
  • Data migration experience
  • Strong stakeholder communication


Desirable: SAP / SAP S/4HANA, SAP Migration Cockpit, Power BI or Python. Data_Analyst_JD_v2
