The Role

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on thin gauge stainless steel products, ensuring all work is completed to exacting quality standards.

Key Duties:

• TIG welding stainless steel components to a high standard
• Working with fine gauge materials ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm
• Welding using jigs and fixtures
• Maintaining excellent quality and accuracy throughout production
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous TIG welding experience is essential
• Experience working with thin gauge stainless steel materials
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
• Own transport preferred due to shift patterns

All successful candidates will be required to pass a practical weld test prior to starting.

Working Hours

Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shift Pattern

Week 1

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00am - 2:00pm
• Friday: 06:00am - 11:00am

Week 2

• Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
