Are you a Civil Engineering graduate or similar looking for chartership support through a range of in-house training and mentoring?

This company is a civil engineering consultancy who focus heavily on drainage and highways design, who are heavily invested in employee growth, supporting you on your way to chartership through state-of-the-art training courses and mentorship from industry professionals.

In this role you will be heavily involved with site travel, doing reports, producing drawings, and carrying out site checks, working on drainage and highways design. You will be put through a graduate program which will see you be put through a range of in house and external training, growing your skillset and experience to achieving chartership long term.

This role would suit a Civil engineering graduate looking for career progression through training and mentoring in a civil engineering consultancy, gaining hands on experience from day one.

The Role:

• Shadowing Senior Engineers
• Mentored hands on in the office and on site
• Doing reports and producing drawings
• Carrying out site works
• Fully paid training courses
• Hands on from day one

The Person:

• Graduate in Structural/Civil engineering or similar
• Looking for full training
• Eager to get hands on from day one
• Commutable to Sheffield
