Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Headteacher's PA to join a welcoming secondary school in South Sheffield, starting as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant or administrator with a background in a school environment, who can provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher and contribute to the smooth running of the school.

• Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Headteacher.

• Managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating appointments.

• Handling telephone calls, emails and correspondence professionally.

• Preparing documents, reports, meeting minutes and other school communications.

• Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information with discretion.

• Supporting the organisation of meetings and ensuring the Headteacher's office runs efficiently.

• Previous experience as a Headteacher's PA or in a similar senior administrative or Personal Assistant role is essential.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.

• A professional, approachable manner and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Full-time position starting ASAP.
