Job Details:

Title: Technical Solution Engineer

Location: Sheffield, UK

Mode of Employment: Contract

Place of Work: Hybrid - 3 days to the office

Mandatory Skills : Application Architecture, Architecture Principle Design

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable experience designing deploying and operating largescale data platforms
• Handson experience with Big Data technologies and petabytescale data environments
• Strong endtoend Solution Architecture and Technical Design experience
• Experience creating HLDs LLDs reference architectures design patterns and Architecture Decision Records
• Experience evaluating technologies running proof of concepts and documenting technical tradeoffs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and traditional onpremises hosting environments
• Handson experience with Azure AWS or GCP is beneficial
• Experience designing custom applications from requirements through production operations and support
• Understanding of Threat Modelling and SecurebyDesign practices
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management including RBAC ABAC privileged access and servicetoservice authentication
• Understanding of encryption in transit and at rest key management and secrets management
• Knowledge of secure logging telemetry auditability and evidencebased control assurance
• Understanding of Secure SDLC Vulnerability Management and Software Supply Chain Security
• Strong stakeholder management workshop facilitation and influencing skills
• Ability to balance target architecture with delivery timelines operational requirements and cost constraints
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across different geographies time zones and cultures
