The Role

You will provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient and professional service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
• Preparing client files, documentation and correspondence.
• Processing new business, transfers and client instructions.
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating the CRM system.
• Liaising with clients, providers and other third parties.
• Supporting the preparation of client review packs and meeting documentation.
• Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with compliance procedures.
• Managing client enquiries and providing a high standard of customer service.
