To be considered for our Guaranteed Pay Scheme, you must:

• Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or above.

• Have experience supporting children or young people within an educational setting.

• Live within South Yorkshire or the Chesterfield area.

• Be willing and able to travel up to one hour to reach school placements.

• Be flexible, reliable and happy to work across a variety of school settings.

• Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's education.

• Meet the relevant safeguarding and compliance requirements.
