As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to take ownership of our online sales channels, social commerce strategy and digital marketing activities. The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, including our website, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop. You will also lead our social media activity, drive audience growth and sales through social commerce, and manage our Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the company website and eCommerce platforms.
• Manage Amazon, eBay, Mirakl and TikTok Shop accounts.
• Create and optimise product listings, content and merchandising.
• Develop and execute SEO, email marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Grow and manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
• Increase follower growth, engagement and sales through social commerce.
• Identify influencer and partnership opportunities.
• Analyse sales and marketing performance and provide regular reporting.
• Manage, mentor and develop our Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales, customer experience and business performance.

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years' eCommerce management experience.
• Experience managing Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon and/or eBay marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop.
• Proven success growing social media audiences and generating sales through social channels.
• Strong understanding of social commerce, SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisation and communication skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
• Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Experience within retail, licensed merchandise or consumer products.
