Cyber Security Business Partner / Cyber Risk Lead - Contract (Inside IR35) - #2181770

We're seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Partner / Cyber Risk Lead to act as the senior Cyber Security advisor across a portfolio of critical business functions.

This role sits at the intersection of Cyber Security, technology risk, governance and stakeholder engagement. You'll partner with senior leaders, technology teams and control functions to identify, assess and manage cyber risk, ensuring security remains aligned to business objectives.

** This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week on site in Sheffield**

• Owning and driving the cyber risk profile, including risk identification, assessment and remediation tracking
• Leading control governance, assurance activities, audits and regulatory reviews
• Providing security-by-design guidance across change and transformation programmes
• Supporting third-party and SaaS risk management activities
• Influencing security improvements across IAM, privileged access, vulnerability management, monitoring and data protection controls
• Producing concise, executive-level reporting and presenting cyber risk to senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Supporting major incidents and providing risk-based cyber leadership during critical events

We're looking for professionals with a strong background in Cyber Risk, GRC, Technology Risk or Information Security Management, combined with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical risks into clear business outcomes.
