You'll play an important role within the Sheffield branch, learning to manage customer enquiries, develop relationships and identify sales opportunities. With ongoing support and the opportunity to take on more responsibility, this is an excellent opportunity to grow into a successful sales professional.

This role would suit someone with customer service, retail, sales or trade experience who is ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a career in internal sales. Electrical industry experience is not essential.

The Role:

• Learning to manage customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone
• Building relationships with new and existing customers
• Processing sales orders, quotations and customer enquiries
• Developing product knowledge across electrical wholesale supplies
• Supporting customers with product availability and technical enquiries
• Assisting with picking orders, deliveries and general branch operations

The Person:

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or a customer-facing role
• UK Driving Licence
