A well-established and highly respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 5+ PQE) to join its growing Property team.
You'll handle a varied caseload covering commercial sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leasing, property finance, residential conveyancing and wider portfolio management work for a mix of local and national clients.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, client-focused and keen to play a key role within a collaborative and supportive team. Strong technical ability, personality and ambition are essential.
