Learning & Development Trainer
Sheffield – Hybrid Working & Regular Regional Travel
Salary: £40,000 – £47,500 + £5,700 Car Allowance
14 Month FTC
I’m recruiting an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to develop and deliver practical learning programmes across a regional business within the construction sector.
Working closely with the L&D Manager, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual workshops.
- Design new programmes and refresh existing content.
- Cover topics including leadership, change management, customer service, critical thinking and personal impact.
- Work with different teams to develop training specific to their needs.
- Create workbooks, learning resources and digital content.
You’ll need strong training design and facilitation experience, with the confidence to engage everyone from frontline colleagues to senior leaders.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have delivered training within operational or industry-focused businesses, such as construction, engineering, manufacturing or similar environments.
Regular travel is a key part of this role, covering the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Midlands. There’s flexibility around home and office working, with your week shaped by training delivery and business needs.
