Up to £120,000 DOE | 12-Month FTC

Some interim roles are about keeping things ticking over. Others are about leaving a lasting impact. This is one of the latter.

I’m working with a business looking for an experienced Interim Finance Director to lead a significant finance transformation over the next 12 months.

The focus:

Lead the finance transformation roadmap, improving reporting, forecasting, controls and automation.

Act as finance lead on a major ERP implementation and wider billing and pricing changes.

Develop and coach an identified successor, building future finance leadership capability.

Drive stronger commercial partnering and budget-holder accountability.

Work closely with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team to deliver meaningful change.

What we’re looking for:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous FD, FC or equivalent senior finance leadership experience.

You’ll have a proven track record in finance transformation and ERP implementations, alongside the ability to develop people, influence senior stakeholders and get hands-on when needed.

Salesforce integration, complex billing/pricing models and B2B SaaS or Tech experience would be advantageous.
